Northern's Channel Program
The Northern Channel Program is comprised of regionally based Authorised Business Partners that have been trained, both technically and commercially and are prepared to demonstrate and support Northern’s solutions in their territory. This select group of Partners has earned the support and confidence from Northern in providing pre and post sales support to our customers.
Northern’s Channel program consists of three levels:
Northern’s Platinum Partners
Northern’s Platinum Partners have made the highest level of commitment to Northern. They have received full training, both technically and commercially, and made a significant investment to become experts in Northern’s solutions for both pre and post sales activities. Platinum Partners are required to have an agreed minimum staffing level dedicated to Northern’s software and show a strong commitment to Northern through marketing. In addition, they work with Northern on business plans, revenue targets, building their own channel and provide reports on business opportunities for Northern.
Northern’s Gold Partners
Northern’s Gold Partners are focused on delivering Northern’s software to customers. They have made an investment in technical and sales training for our product range. Gold Partners are required to maintain a minimum staff level who are competent with our software. They commit to a business plan, agree a minimum marketing spend and adhere to revenue targets. They also provide monthly forecasts for business opportunities for Northern.
Northern’s Silver Partners
The Northern Silver Partner embraces and shares Northern’s vision for Storage Resource Management Software. Silver Partners benefit from a close relationship with Northern, presence on the Northern’s website, technical support, training, and product licenses.

- Technical training sessions are held regularly at Northern’s offices for all Channel Partners.
- Northern staff are made available for involvement in customer-focussed technical training/sales meetings, site visits, etc.
